We'd just like to give a big well done to our diddy team that took part in the Birley Trophy at Coalville last night. 

We came 3rd overall, but we made sure every swimmer had an individual race as we thought would be great for all of them to get that experience. 

There were a number of debutants who'd never raced before, or some who were on there 2nd or 3rd ever gala, and we're seeing substantial progress there, our youngest guys are carving up there times with a real degree of venom which is good to see. 

So a big well done to everybody!
