LASA County champs - Weekend 2

Well done to all those who took part in the county champs this weekend, we hope you enjoyed it and got something out of it, even if it wasn't shiny with a ribbon!
 
Highlights for us this weekend have to be Dan Ormerod's first two county titles, and was only 4/100 of making it three! Carys broke two Hinckley all time records, her splits on the 400IM were eye-watering! So great job, we had a boat load of other medallists, listed below...
 
There were some belting swims down the team though, pb's not far off cross the board, metal is nice, but self improvement is what we want you all to aim for!
