Restructure update

Dear Swimmer and parents/guardians

I would like to say thank you to everyone that found the time to attend the two presentations I delivered
on the restructure.

Can I please ask everyone to be patient over the next couple of months as we finalise which swimmers
are in which groups and those that we will be asking to move to new sessions times.

As soon as we have finalised the groups we will be writing to everyone confirming the group each swimmer
is in and if needed the session time they will move to.  Please note that a change of session time will only impact
on a minority of the clubs swimmers.

It is possible that you may see or be aware that swimmers are moving sessions ahead of letters being provided.
This will be due to the fact that following club champs the restriction that has been in place running up to champs
on swimmers progressing will be lifted and swimmers will be moving as part of their natural progression.  
This is not to do with the restructure.

Can you please hold your questions until the letters are issued and please do not ask if your son / daughter can
move or add sessions just yet.

Thank you for your cooperation during the transition which will take about two months to complete.
