Ones to Watch

IWe send a small team of swimmers to compete in a series of gals called the " LASA mini meet". It is a competition to give 8-10 yr olds experience of an open meet setting on a smaller scale.  

The meet has 3 rounds with each swimmer taking part in a 200m Freestyle and 100m Individual Medley Event each round.

Each club in Leicestershire is able to submit 10 swimmers to take part, this year the Hinckley Swimmers taking part were

Every swimmer did extremely well and bypassed our expectations of times expected to achieve
 
A Special mention to Owen Timms-Shaw who claimed 1st place in his age group, so a big well done to him!
