CHAMPIONSHIP TERMS

The named individual with responsibility for dealing with any queries regarding the 2023 Club Champs as the promoter’s representative is Kelly Wright.

All licenced events are swum under Swim England Rules and Regulations and swimmers will be disqualified for not complying.

Technical rules of racing will be enforced.

1.  All events are Heat Declared Winners. Each event will be swum, based on entry time, slowest to fastest. 
2.  The pool is 25 metres long and 8 lanes wide. All entry times should/will be converted to a 25m pool No poolside entries will be accepted. We reserve the right to have “Over the top” starts.
3. Competitors must register with a team manager on the date of each event they are entered for at the latest 15 minutes prior to the warm-up. Inclusion of a swimmer in such circumstances will be at the discretion of the referee & Championship Committee.
4. Competitors must report to the stewards at least 3 heats prior to their heat.
5.  The Promoter reserves the right to amalgamate events and/or accept/refuse entry to the championships without discussion. Anything not covered by these rules is at the discretion of the Promoter. Any conditions or decisions not covered in the above will be at the discretion of the promoter and includes any alterations to the sessions, events, swims, program and warm up times as necessary.
