On this date we have senior ASA tutor (and former HSC coach 1994-2000) Nigel Aldridge visiting to run a special Starts and Turns Workshop for all Main Pool Swimmers.
Those
who swim on Tuesdays are welcome to attend and we'll be providing
details when to attend nearer the time so watch this space.
Please
can all Main Pool teachers and Coaches (Sun + Tues) could get to HLC
for 4:30 for a presentation Nigel is going to give about the forthcoming
session, and any questions you may have before the event. There will be
a second date in December as well.
